About Us
Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong was founded in 1999. Our founder partners were part of the regional cross-border team of a leading law firm in South East Asia with extensive experience in cross-border investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
From 2001 to 2011, we were affiliated with an international law firm operating across many jurisdictions within Asia Pacific region. From an initial team of 3 founder partners in 1999, we have prospered and grown to 38 lawyers comprising 10 partners and 28 associates today. As a group, we have 110 fee earners.

Where your work is to be handled by a lawyer, you will also be supplied with the name and contact number of the Supervising Partner, whom you are invited to communicate directly with at any time.
We strive to maintain the highest standard of practice through a process of selective recruitment, supervision and training.
Our lawyers’ knowledge and expertise are supplemented by a comprehensive library (including access to international electronic data base systems), which give them the information they need to deal with your business quickly and efficiently.
Our operations are supported by a substantial investment in up-to-date office technology which enables us to give you quality service at a reasonable cost.
