Jessica’s practice is focused on diverse real estate matters, including real property acquisitions, leasing and tenancies, development projects and compliance matters. Her expertise in sale and purchase transactions covers development lands, office and commercial buildings, residential properties and shares of companies. In addition to her real estate practice, Jessica also advises on general corporate and commercial matters. Jessica was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2015.
