Raymond has with over 20 years experience in the legal industry, including extensive post-qualification experience following his admission to the Malaysian Bar on 31 October 2014. He specialises in real estate and conveyancing, with a strong track record in handling property transactions, development projects, financing arrangements, commercial and retail leases, and land acquisitions.
His expertise in real estate and conveyancing extends to providing regular counsel and drafting a broad spectrum of commercial agreements. He has successfully led and completed numerous transactions involving joint venture agreements, cost-sharing arrangements, development rights agreements, build-to-lease contracts, and other ancillary documents crucial for structuring and executing real estate deals.
Raymond also advises on probate and estate administration matters, including applications for grants of probate, letters of administration, and related legal processes. His expertise in real estate matters allows him to provide comprehensive guidance on the administration and distribution of immovable properties forming part of the deceased’s estate. His meticulous and pragmatic approach ensures that clients are well-supported in navigating these sensitive matters efficiently and in full compliance with legal requirements.
