Richard Lee Wen Gee


Richard has been in active legal practice since he was called to the Malaysian Bar in February 1993 and has appeared before the Federal Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, Subordinate Courts, Industrial Court and Land Administrator. He is adept at strategizing and drafting, and has considerable experience in handling court proceedings such as applications (including motions and petitions), trials and appeals. He has argued successfully, advised and/or assisted in a variety of cases that have been litigated at all tiers of the Malaysian court hierarchy, a number of which have been reported in law journals, with some of them being landmark cases. He has also handled non-contentious matters such as drafting various types of agreements and work related thereto. Richard is an appointed member of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board’s Committee Panel. Areas of Practice - General civil and commercial litigation including but not limited to:
