Wee Loong practises as a corporate and commercial transactional lawyer with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, having advised and acted for local and foreign companies in various transactions and joint ventures (domestic and cross border). His commercial transactions portfolio includes representing both local and foreign clients in, inter-alia, the hospitality, education, land development and tech industries. Notable highlights include working closely with a tech company operating in the last mile delivery sector with a gig economy model. He has represented government linked companies and statutory bodies in various corporate and commercial transactions. He is also experienced in corporate real estate transactions, including inter-alia, joint developments and the sale and purchase of commercial buildings.
