Stephanie is a corporate and capital markets lawyer with extensive experience advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions, and regulatory compliance. Her practice spans diverse sectors including ICT, logistics, manufacturing, property development, and construction. She regularly acts for issuers, sponsors, underwriters, and investors in initial public offerings, share placements, reverse takeovers, and other equity-linked exercises across multiple jurisdictions. She has served as Malaysian counsel in listings on Bursa Malaysia, SGX, HKEX and NASDAQ, and is competent in transactional structuring, due diligence, and regulatory submissions.
Her capital markets expertise includes advising on share splits, rights issues, bonus issues, private placements, and the implementation of employee share schemes and long-term incentive plans. Stephanie is also regularly engaged for regulatory advisory and strategic structuring of corporate proposals and reorganisations , working closely with issuers and advisers on acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures involving both private and public listed companies.
