Hui Wen is a litigation and arbitration lawyer with experience in the resolution of civil, commercial, land and assessment disputes. She heads the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department from its head office in Kuala Lumpur.

Hui Wen has represented private sector firms, Fortune 500 companies, government-linked companies, state agencies, and a state government as advocate and solicitor in West Malaysia's courts. Her experience extends to domestic and international arbitrations, where she has acted as party representative for businesses in and out of Malaysia. She is able to conduct trials and hearings in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Hui Wen is actively involved in the business and legal community. Previously, Hui Wen served as the ICC YAF Regional Representative for South Asia (2019–2021) at the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum, being the sole representative from Malaysia. She was also an elected member of the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee (2023/2024) and Chairperson of its Young Lawyers Committee (2023/2024). In 2021, she was recognized as an “Up and coming litigation lawyer” by asialaw Profiles.

Hui Wen is presently a member of several professional committees, including the Malaysia New Zealand Chamber of Commerce (MNZCC) Committee, the Malaysian Bar Council’s Corporate & Commercial Law Committee, Malaysian Bar Council's International Practice Committee and Kuala Lumpur Bar's Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee. She serves the University of Auckland Alumni Network as its Alumni Coordinator based in Malaysia.

Hui Wen has contributed to legal literature as the author of several publications, including The Annotated Statutes of Malaysia: Land Acquisition Act 1960 (2021), Atkin’s Court Forms Malaysia – Land (updates) (2019, 2020), Atkin’s Court Forms Malaysia – Appeals (updates) (2019) and Halsbury’s Laws of Malaysia [270] Landlord & Tenant (updates) (2020).

Hui Wen is passionate about sharing knowledge and mentoring future legal professionals, frequently speaking at conferences such as the Malaysia Property Law Conference, Malaysia Land Conference and the Housing Development and Real Property Conference. She also coaches university students for mooting and advocacy competitions, and adjudicates these competitions.
